You'll shake up your buffet table in an appetizing way with this delectable cracker spread. The novel cube of seasoned cream cheese is easily spotted with ripe olives.

Ingredients

3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened, divided
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend or part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon whole milk
8 medium pitted ripe olives
Assorted crackers

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat two packages of cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and parsley until blended. Press into a plastic wrap-line 8x4-in. loaf pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. , Remove cream cheese mixture from pan; cut in half widthwise. Stack one on top of the other on a serving plate. In a small bowl, beat milk and remaining cream cheese until smooth. Spread over cube. Cut olives in half; arrange on top and sides of dice. Serve with crackers.

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened,divided
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend or 2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow sweet onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 dashes Tabasco sauce, to taste
1 teaspoon milk (plus additional tsp if necessary for spreadable quality)
8 medium pitted ripe black olives

Steps:

In a mixing bowl, combine two packages of the cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion, Worcestershire, basil, garlic powder, and Tabasco.
Line a 8-inch by 4-inch by 2-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Press cream cheese mixture into pan; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove chilled cheese mixture from pan; cut in half width-wise and stack one on top of the other on a serving plate to make a cube.
In a mixing bowl, beat milk and remaining cream cheese until smooth and spread over cube.
Cut olives in half and arrange on top and sides to decorate the cubes like dice.
Serve with crackers.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (5 ounce) jar kraft roka bleu cheese spread
1 (5 ounce) jar Kraft Old English cheese spread
4 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Steps:

Mix all the cheeses together until well blended and creamy, then add onions and garlic powder and mix well to combine.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve with Assorted crackers.
