Who cares if the breadbox is empty? Layers of tightly nestled iceberg lettuce leaves do the same job-and add more terrific texture to this turkey BLT.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 bowl-shaped layers of tightly nestled iceberg lettuce leaves (4 to 5 lettuce leaves each)
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Turkey Breast
1 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
2 tsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

Steps:

  • Fill 1 of the lettuce sections with turkey, 2% Milk Singles, tomatoes and bacon pieces; drizzle with dressing.
  • Cover with remaining lettuce section to form sandwich.
  • Cut crosswise in half to serve.

4 slices bacon
2 leaves lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 slices bread, toasted
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Arrange the cooked bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices on one slice of bread. Spread one side of remaining bread slice with the mayonnaise. Bring the two pieces together to make a sandwich.
