SHAKE AND BAKE PORK CHOPS
Easy homemade Shake And Bake Pork Chops are just minutes away with my tasty breadcrumb coating that will beat Shake N Bake any day! Your crispy breaded pork chop dinner will be on the table in just 30 minutes for a quick weeknight dinner that everyone loves!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the pork chops, then pat the pork chops with a paper towel until completely dry.
- Brush olive oil on both sides (all surfaces) of all the pork chops.
- In a large ziploc plastic storage bag add the bread crumbs, optional cornmeal, salt, paprika, celery salt, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and onion powder. Close the bag and mix the ingredients together by shaking the bag gently until well combined.
- Reopen the bag of breadcrumbs and seasoning, then place 1 pork chop in the bag at a time. Seal the bag leaving a bit of air in the bag.
- Next, shake gently to coat the mixture over the entire pork chop until coated on all sides. Place the coated pork chop onto your prepared baking sheet, leaving space between the pork chops. Repeat for each pork chop, then discard any remaining breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake in your preheated oven at 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) for approximately 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and the internal temperature is 145 degrees F (62 degrees C). Remove from the oven when done and serve immediately.

SHAKE AND BAKE PORK CHOPS FOR TWO!!
When I first met my husband, he had a couple of recipes for his favorite foods. I couldn't prepare them any other way!! This is one of them. So simple but yet who would ever think of doing pork chops this way. Thanks to RecipeZaar I have introduced him to a variety of different ways to have his favorite foods!! Note: 1 packet of shake and bake contains 1/2 cup, I usually put one pork chop at a time in the bag and sprinkle in as much shake and bake as I think is needed.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place 1 pork chop at a time in bag, with 1/2 pouch of shake and bake for chicken.
- Shake to coat the whole pork chop.
- Place in a greased baking pan, 11x7".
- Take any leftover shake and bake that is in the bag and spread it over top the pork chops. This gives it extra coating.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large ziploc bag add the breadcrumbs, oil, salt, paprika, celery salt, black pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Close the bag and rub all the ingredients together until fully mixed.
- Add one pork chop to the bag at a time and close with some air trapped inside.
- Shake gently until covered.
- Repeat with each piece of pork.
- Place on a sheet pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes then turn the pork chops over, and bake 10 more minutes.

HONEY-GLAZED PORK CHOPS
I tried this honey-glazed pork chop recipe and my family loved it. It was a nice change from fried and regular baked chops. It's a new family favorite.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add chops to the hot skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- While the chops are browning, combine brown sugar and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until brown sugar has softened or melted, about 20 seconds. Stir to combine.
- Transfer browned chops to the prepared baking dish and spoon 1/2 of the honey glaze evenly over top.
- Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn over, and spread the remaining honey glaze over top. Bake until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
