PEACH SANGRIA
I love this homemade sangria that my Grandfather taught me to make when I was young wife. He told me he had learn to make when he was working down in Mexico in his younger days. It is easy but it does takes time to cure between steps. We have had mango sangria, peach-mango sangria, or pear-pineapple sangria. You can garnish with blueberries, mint leaves, or fresh peach slices if you would like.

REFRESHING PEACH SANGRIA
An adaptation of a similar recipe from one of those chain restaurants. This may be served over the rocks, if desired. Using lemon-lime seltzer instead of lemon-lime soda makes the drink less sweet. Simply refreshing!

PEACH SANGRIA
This recipe came to The Times from David Mas Masumoto, who is an organic-peach-and-grape farmer and author. The drink is bright and fizzy and full of delicious summer. It's a great accompaniment to brunch, or just an excellent way to end a hot day.

WHITE PEACH SANGRIA RECIPE - (4.2/5)
Provided by Foodiewife

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to mix. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 48 hours. To serve you can add club soda to the entire pitcher, so give the sangria a "fizz". I prefer to pour about 1/3 club soda in a glass filled with plenty of ice, and then pour the sangria. Serve with a slice of fresh orange, for color. Very refreshing. I recommend keeping extra wine on hand, as my guests wanted more...and more. Chilling this for at least 8 hours is good, but making it at the last minute works fine... color and fruity flavor won't be as rich, if the drink isn't chilled quite long enough.
