Steps:

  • Mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 2 teaspoons brown sugar and a pinch each of salt and cinnamon in a small jar. Add 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried blueberries and 1/2 chopped banana. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh or frozen berries.

½ cup rolled oats
½ cup whole milk
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl or overnight oats container, combine the rolledoats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well and then fold in the blueberries afterwards.
  • Cover the container and leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
  • In the morning, stir in a little extra milk if the overnight oats are too thick and top with blueberries, extra maple syrup, toasted nuts and whatever oatmeal toppings you desire to add.

1 teaspoon chia seed, optional
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
blueberry
⅓ cup graham cracker, crushed

Steps:

  • In a mason jar or sealable container, add the oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, chia seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, and graham crackers, and stir together.
  • Seal and place in the refrigerator overnight for up to five days.
  • Top with additional blueberries, if desired.
  • Enjoy!

2 containers (5.3 oz each) gluten-free Greek blended vanilla yogurt
2 pouches Gluten Free Chex™ maple brown sugar oatmeal (from 9.54-oz box)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted, if desired
2 tablespoons additional fresh blueberries, if desired

Steps:

  • In container with tight-fitting cover, mix almond milk, yogurt and oatmeal. Stir in 1/2 cup blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with toasted pecans and extra blueberries.

  • Combine: Place all ingredients (besides those for the topping) in a container and stir until well combined. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Prepare the crumble: Combine all ingredients for crumble in a small bowl. Set aside. (This can be done the night before as well.)
  • Serve: Bring out of the fridge in the morning and stir. You'll notice that the protein powder, oats and chia seeds soak up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add a little more almond milk before serving. Portion overnight oats into two containers, top each with the crumble topping and a few extra blueberries. I also did a drizzle of almond butter! Enjoy.
