Steps:
- Put the ice cubes in a large jug. Pour over the curaçao, vodka, fruit juices and 1 tsp syrup from the cherries. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.
- Half-fill four hurricane glasses with crushed ice, then strain in the cocktail.
- Top up the glasses with the soda water and gently stir, then garnish with the maraschino cherries.

- Pour the blue curacao and alcohol free vodka (if using) into your glass.
- Slowly top up with lemonade.
- Stir gently, add ice, garnish and serve.
- Place blue spirulina in your glass, then add the lemonade. Stir gently. You might find the drinks foams up a bit as the 2 ingredients react with each other. If this happens just scoop the foam out.
- Add your alcohol free spirit (if using) and stir.
- Add ice, garnish and serve.
