Steps:
- In a skillet, brown sausages until no longer pink. Drain and cut into small pieces; place in the pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs; add cream and nutmeg. Pour over cheese. , Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Very very good! This was my first attempt at making quiche and I am so proud! Try using Canadian bacon and Swiss cheese instead of sausage and Italian cheese. Cook time includes standing time.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
- To make the crust, stir Bisquick and butter until blended. Add boiling water and stir quickly until soft dough forms. Press the dough into the pie plate bottom and up the sides.
- Sprinkle the cheese, sausage and parsley over the crust.
- Mix together the milk, butter, eggs and onion powder. Add the basil. Pour into the crust.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until a knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

- Heat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain well. Combine eggs, cheese and sausage mixture.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Pour sausage mixture into biscuit-lined dish.
- Bake at 375°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until quiche is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
