This jalapeno popper dip is an easy appetizer recipe. You can make it a day in advance and serve it with crackers or chips. Or, use it as a spread to make pinwheels, sandwiches, or wraps. It has all of the flavors of bacon-wrapped jalapeno wrappers but served up cold and creamy as a dip instead.

1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened (see note)
1/2 cup sour cream
4 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
3 slices cooked and finely chopped bacon
1 large jalapeno pepper (stem, ribs, and seeds removed), finely chopped (see note)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Zest of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream and cheese. Add the chopped bacon, chopped jalapeno, cilantro, lime zest, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Chill the dip for a few hours before serving so the flavors can develop. Let it stand a room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving so it softens and is easier to spread. Serve with chips, crackers or small bread slices.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped
12 round buttery crackers, crushed
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 green onion, sliced

Steps:

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl until blended. Stir in VELVEETA and peppers; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with combined cracker crumbs and butter.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
Top with onions.

This extra-creamy, slightly smoky jalapeño popper dip recipe is the perfect game day snack.

8 strips of bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 fresh jalapenos, chopped, plus more for garnish
2 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed, thick yellow corn tortilla chips, plus more chips for serving
Sliced, toasted baguette, for serving

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Heat a 10" cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Remove from the heat and transfer the bacon to a paper-towel lined plate to drain. Remove all but a thin layer of bacon grease from the skillet (about 2 tablespoons remaining).
Return the skillet to medium heat. Add the garlic and jalapeno. Cook 2 minutes until slightly softened. Remove from the heat. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir or whisk until smooth. Stir in about two-thirds of the bacon.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over the top of the dip, followed by the crushed chips. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are bubbly and the cheese is melted all over. Top with the remaining cooked bacon and extra slices of jalapeno. Serve with more tortilla chips and toasted baguette.
