We bought a juicer and started experimenting. I've never liked beets, but this juice is delicious - even if the color is a little off-putting. Close your eyes and enjoy!

Ingredients

2 baby bok choy
1 lime
1 large beet
1 large cucumber
2 medium carrots
2 green apples

Steps:

Wash all the veggies. Peel the lime.
According to your juicer directions - feed the veggies inches.
Serve immediately.
