This is a nice fruity smoothie that I threw together the other day and thought I would share it.

1 orange, peeled
½ banana
3 ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger root, or to taste
½ cup plain yogurt

  • Layer orange, banana, ice cubes, honey, and ginger in the blender; top with yogurt. Blend until smooth.

3 Banana
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1 3/4 cup Natural Unflavored Yogurt
2 Orange
1 Lime
12 Ice
1 tablespoon Honey

Steps:

  • Place Ice (12) into a blender, and crush using ice crush setting.
  • Pour the ice into tall glasses until they are all half full.
  • Place the Honey (1 tablespoon), Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon), Natural Unflavored Yogurt (1 3/4 cup), Orange (2), Lime (1), and Banana (3) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into the glasses over the ice, mix well, and enjoy!

  • Combine the orange juice, mango, ginger juice and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until frothy and smooth. If you want a thicker drink, add the banana. Serve right away for the best flavor.
