CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA SNACK CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease and flour a 13x9" pan.
• Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
• Set aside.
• Beat the sugar and butter together until creamy.
• Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
• Add sour cream, banana and vanilla; mix well.
• On low speed, blend in flour mixture gradually until well incorporated.
• Stir in 1 cup of the mini chocolate chips.
• Pour batter into pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/2c.
• chocolate chips over top.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F.
• Coat 9" square pan with cooking spray; flour lightly.
• Combine flour,sugar,soda and salt.
• In a second bowl mash bananas; stir in oil and eggs until just combined.
• Mix dry ingredients into banana mixture.
• Stir in chips.
• Pour batter into pan.
• Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

CHOCOLATE BANANA MUG CAKE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Mash banana into a paste then add chocolate chips.
• Whisk together egg, oil, honey, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
• Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
• Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
• Grease 2 small mugs.
• Fill mugs half way with the chocolate batter.
• Divide the banana filling between the 2 mugs.
• Place remaining chocolate batter on top.
• Garnish with sliced banana.
• Microwave on high or 1 minute 10 seconds to 1 minute 25 seconds, or bake in 350˚F (180˚C) oven for 13-15 minutes.

CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Cream margarine with sugar and eggs.
• Mix in banana and vanilla.
• Mix flour with remaining dry ingredients.
• Add flour mixture to margarine mixture in 3 parts, alternately with sour milk.
• Begin and end with flour.
• Spread in 2 greased 8" cake pans.
• Bake in oven about 40 minutes.
• When cool, frost generously with chocolate butter frosting.

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE

Steps:

• Process butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 2 minutes, scraping down bowl once or twice.
• While machine is running, drop chunks of bananas through the feed tube. Process until blended ( I mash my bananas before hand).
• Meanwhile, dissolve baking soda in yoghurt or sour cream. Let is stand for l to two minutes Yoghurt will nearly double in size, so use a 2 Celsius measuring cup.
• Add to batter and process for 3 seconds.
• Add flour and baking powder.
• Process with 4 quick on/off turns, just until flour mixture disappears.
• Add remaining ingredients.
• Bake in 2 greased and floured 8 inches pans for 25-30 minutes at 350°F
• (I also use waxed paper on the bottom of the pans - just cut a circle for the bottom - it makes it easier to take the cake out ) or until cake tester come out clean.
• Cool for 10 minute
• Remove from pan.
• Cool before icing.
• Butter Icing.

• dash of salt.
• 2 cups icing sugar.
• 2-3 tablespoons hot milk or cream.
• 1 teaspoons vanilla.
• 2/3 cup cocoa plus 4 more tablespoons butter.
• Combine all ingred. and process until smooth and blended Ice the cool cakes.
