- In a small nonstick skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Place in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer with sweet potato; drizzle with butter. , In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, brown sugar, salt, ginger, mace and pepper; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over sweet potato., Cover and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until the pork reaches 160° and potato is tender. Remove pork and potato; keep warm. Pour pan juices into a small saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Serve with pork and sweet potato.

This is so easy, so good, and so versatile! I've used pork chops with and without bones, pork loin, and pork roast. You can sprinkle the brown sugar, salt, and pepper on the different layers or all at the end, as mentioned in the recipe. Play around with the brown sugar and spices to your taste.

- Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste, and arrange in a medium oven safe skillet. Top pork chops with onions, sweet potatoes, and apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Season with 2 teaspoons pepper and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Cover, and bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until sweet potatoes are tender and pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 425. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- Season both sides of the pork chops very well with salt and pepper.
- Place egg in one shallow bowl and beat lightly.
- Combine breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients in a separate shallow bowl.
- One at a time, dip each pork chop in the egg to coat on all sides, then press into the breadcrumb mixture on all sides.
- Place the breaded pork chops on the baking sheet. Press some of the extra breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each pork chop. Spray the tops of the pork chops with cooking spray.
- Bake at 425 for 18-25 minutes (see notes), until a meat thermometer reads 140. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 425 F. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, chicken stock, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and coconut aminos. Season the pork chops to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are well covered. Drizzle the avocado oil over the sweet potatoes and broccoli, and season to taste. Place the pork chops in a baking dish and surround with the sweet potatoes and broccoli. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness, or until the pork is cooked through and sweet potatoes are soft. Pork is done when the temperature reaches 145 F.

- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. PLEASE NOTE: I GOT 2 CUPS OF CRUSHED SWEET POTATOES FROM A 7 OUNCE BAG. LINE A LARGE SHALLOW BAKING PAN WITH FOIL AND SPRAY WITH non stick cooking spray, & set aside till needed.
- 2. Blend egg with milk in a small container.
- 3. Assemble and measure out spices.
- 4. Blend spices in a small bowl then add to a large zip lock bag.
- 5. Cut roast into serving size chops if they are not cut already.
- 6. Coat each chop individually with egg mixture.
- 7. Then dip in sweet potato mixture.
- 8. Then place on prepared pan.
- 9. Bake in preheated 425 degrees F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a sharp knife or fork.
- 10. Remove from oven and serve while still hot, with your favorite sides.
- 11. DINNER IS NOW SERVED.
BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH SWEET POTATOES AND PEARS

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In an 8-inch square baking dish, combine sweet potatoes and pears. In a small bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, and the melted butter to make a paste. Crumble mixture over potatoes and pears. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes and pears are tender.
- Meanwhile, spray a roasting pan and rack with cooking spray. Place beaten egg in a shallow bowl, place remaining 1/2 cup flour on a plate and place bread crumbs mixed with herbs de Provence on another plate. Dredge pork chops in flour. Dip in egg and then the bread crumb mixture, coating the pork evenly all over. Arrange chops on a rack in prepared pan and coat lightly with cooking spray. Bake alongside pears for 20 minutes, or until pork is cooked to your desired degree of doneness. Serve pork with sweet potatoes and pears.

- Trim the fat off the pork chops.
- Lay the chops between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and, using a mallet or a rolling pin beat them until their thickness is reduced by half.
- Beat the egg and place in shallow wide bowl.
- Add the mustard, oregano, thyme,salt and pepper.
- On a large plate, combine the breadcrumbs and the Parmesan.
- Press each of the pork chops into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Then put the chops into the bread crumbs, covering them evenly.
- Place them on a cooling rack to dry slightly while you heat the oil in a large frying pan until it sizzles if water is dripped into it.
- Cook the pork chops until they are a deep golden color, about 5 to 7 minutes on each side (depending on how thin they are).

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly coat a wire rack with cooking spray and set in a rimmed baking sheet.
- Whisk eggs and water together in a shallow dish. Place bread crumbs in a second shallow dish.
- Season pork chops evenly with salt and pepper. Dip and coat chops in egg, allow excess to drip off, then dip in bread crumbs until well coated.
