Steps:
- Fill a pint glass 1/3 full with ice, then add mint leaves.
- Add the lime juice and sugar syrup.
- Lightly mash the leaves together with the liquid using a muddle stick or wooden pestle, careful not to tear the leaves.
- Fill the glass with more ice, then add club soda.
- Garnish with mint, serve, and enjoy!

A nice blend of tropical flavors that will keep you cool. A taste of the Bahamas! This makes a large batch but can easily be scaled down.From Recipes from Friends. Ingredients in parenthises are scaled down to 1/4 of the recipe to make a smaller batch.

- Mix all ingredients, except for cherries ( The more Grapefruit juice you add the more sour the punch will be. We like less Grapefruit juice), in large punch bowl.
- When you place the punch into the cups place a cherry or two into the cup also.

I found this on a hunt for non-alcoholic cocktails and mocktails to serve to my friends that don't drink at parties. I haven't tried it yet but I am adding it to the drinks menu for my New Year's party next week. It sounds like it would be fun for kids too.
