Steps:
- In a hot wok add 3 tbs. of olive oil, add chilly past then saute onion until translucent, then set aside. Add the rest of the olive to the pan then add Bagoong, sugar and half of the pork rinds coarsely crushed stir fry for about 3 minutes then re add onion mix onion/chilly mix stir fry for a few minutes, add rice, mix well finly cruish the rest of pork rinds and top, serve.

- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Add alamang and cook until crispy
- In a bowl, mix bagoong with water then pour into a pan. Mix until mixture boils, then add rice. Toss well, making sure each grain is coated with the bagoong mixture.
- Transfer rice to a bowl then top with sliced green mangoes, sliced cucumber, and sliced scrambled eggs.

- In a mixing bowl marinate cubed pork belly in salt, freshly ground black pepper and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes in room temperature.
- Prepare a hot wok with 2 tbsp oil, add pork and fry until golden brown in colour. Remove from wok then set aside.
- Add rice and bagoong, mix well until rice is coated evenly with the shrimp paste. Stir fry continuously for 3 minutes, push rice to the side pour beaten eggs, once eggs are cooked mix it with the rice separating them to pieces as you mix. Continue to stir fry for a minute then add the cooked pork and spring onions, mix to combine. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
