Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Crescent Rolls image

Bacon, egg, and cheese crescent roll-ups are cheesy, warm, and fluffy and they are a quick-and-easy breakfast, brunch, or snack any day of the week.

1 tablespoon butter
4 extra-large eggs
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
6 slices cooked bacon
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Heat the tablespoon of butter in an omelet pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the eggs into the omelet pan and scramble until completely cooked. Set aside.
  • Chop the cooked bacon finely and set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate the triangles.
  • Place a tablespoon of the egg mixture, and a sprinkle of bacon and cheese over the egg.
  • Roll up the triangle as you would a regular crescent roll.
  • Place the roll on an ungreased baking sheet . Repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!

1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked, drained &, crumbled
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Seperate crescent rolls into triangles.
  • Lay half of the triangles on an ungreased cookie sheet or in a shallow baking pan, and pinch up the edges to make rims around the triangles.
  • Put cheese slices over dough and trim to fit inside.
  • Sprinkle bacon over cheese.
  • Mix eggs and milk together and spoon mixture into triangle shells.
  • Top with remaining triangles, but don't seal.
  • Bake for 20-35 minutes.
