Great tasting apple pie in a jar but it does pack quite a kick if your not careful. The longer it sits in the fridge the better it seems to get. Makes a great gift.

Ingredients

1 gallon apple juice
1 gallon apple cider
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 cinnamon sticks, or more to taste
1 pinch apple pie spice
1 (750 milliliter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol
1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka

Steps:

Combine apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a large pot; bring to almost a boil. Cover pot with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer for about 1 hour. Remove pot from heat and cool completely.
Stir grain alcohol and vodka into syrup and remove cinnamon sticks. Pour apple pie moonshine into clean glass jars or bottles. Store in the refrigerator.

½ gallon apple cider
½ gallon apple juice
4 cinnamon sticks
1 whole clove
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups 190 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear®)
2 cups vanilla vodka

Steps:

Bring the apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, whole clove, white sugar, and brown sugar to a boil in a large pot; reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Stir the grain alcohol and vanilla vodka into the cooled mixture. Pour into bottles and refrigerate.

It can be served heated or chilled. Remember to drink this with caution! For the amount of alcohol in this, you really can't taste how strong it is; it's so smooth! I recommend storing the jars in a dark, cool room.

1 gal apple cider, spiced
1 gal apple juice
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c brown sugar, light
8 cinnamon sticks
750 ml everclear (190-proof alcohol)

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot, except for the alcohol, and bring to a boil.
2. Remove the mixture from heat and let cool to room temperature. Once the mixture is completely cool, add in the alcohol.
3. Transfer to sterile mason jars (I use 5 of the big 2000+ ml jars). I also divide up the cinnamon sticks so that each jar has 1 or 2. The apple pie is ready for consumption! (Though it gets better if you let it mellow for a couple of weeks.)
