1-ounce Aperol
5 ounces Prosecco
Lemon Twist

Steps:

Fill a tall wine glass about halfway with ice. Pour in the Aperol and then the Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Try not to drink too many!!

1 apricot, halved and soaked in brandy
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
6 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
1/2 vanilla bean

Steps:

Place the apricot half and brown sugar in a champagne flute. Pour over with champagne or sparkling wine. Stick in half a vanilla bean.

Fill a white wine glass halfway with ice. Add the Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water, and stir twice with a spoon. Serve with an orange slice if desired.
