APEROL SPRITZ

Steps:

• Fill a white wine glass halfway with ice. Add the Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water, and stir twice with a spoon. Serve with an orange slice if desired.

APEROL SPRITZ

Steps:

• Add the prosecco to a glass filled with ice. Top with the Aperol and just a splash of tonic. Add a half-moon slice of orange to each glass, and serve with a fun straw.

APEROL SPRITZ

Steps:

• Fill a wine glass three-quarters of the way with ice. Pour in the Aperol, then top with the prosecco and finish with the soda. Cut a slit in the orange slice and slide it onto the rim of the glass.

APRICOT SPRITZER

Steps:

• Divide the apricot nectar among 4 chilled champagne flutes or coupe glasses. Top with the sparkling wine and serve immediately.

APEROL SPRITZ

Steps:

• Combine 3 cups prosecco, 2 cups Aperol and 1 cup seltzer in a pitcher. Pour into 4 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with orange slices.

APERCOT SPRITZ

Steps:

• Fill a wine glass three quarters full with ice. Pour the Aperol, apricot nectar, lemon juice, and prosecco over the ice. Top with the soda water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with the thyme sprig and float a few flowers on top (if using).
