- Brown, crumble and drain your hamburger.
- Put oil in large pot, add chopped garlic, onion, and pepper. Saute for a minute or two.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, to get all the flavor incorporated.
