Amaretto Creme On Fresh Fruit Food

FRESH FRUIT WITH AMARETTO SAUCE

Steps:

• Slice bananas, strawberries and peaches. Add to blueberries then toss with Amaretto and powdered sugar. Gently add raspberries and toss. Refrigerate. Mix together in blender or food processor, the ricotta and cream cheese. Add sugar, egg yolks, cream and Amaretto. Process until smooth. Chill. Spoon sauce over fruit to serve.

CREAMY AMARETTO DIP

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add more powdered sugar, if needed for consistency.
• Pour into serving cup and surround with fresh cut fruit and toothpicks.

AMARETTO FRUIT PARFAITS

Steps:

• Beat cream cheese and sour cream with mixer at medium speed.
• Blend in sugar, liqueur, and cream.
• Chill.
• Put fruit in serving dishes and spoon cream cheese mixture over fruit.
• Serve and enjoy.

STRAWBERRIES WITH AMARETTO SAUCE

Steps:

• Slice fresh strawberries into thirds.
• Mix sour cream, sugar and Amaretto well.
• The sauce should be thick and not runny.
• Chill the sauce in the fridge for 2- 3 hours.
• Pour over fresh strawberries.
• Cook time is chilling time in fridge.

EASY AMARETTO FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, pour in pudding mix- add milk and stir (just to dissolve the mix).
• Fold in Cool Whip until blended.
• Add the Amaretto and stir all together.
• Keep cool until serving- use any fresh fruit for dipping- Strawberries, grapes, and apples work great!

AMARETTO

Steps:

• Combine water and sugars in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the mixture is boiling, and all of the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
• Stir vodka, almond extract and vanilla extract into the mixture. Store in a sealed bottle.

AMARETTO SOUR CREAM SAUCE

Steps:

• Mix together and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours(if you have the time) so that the flavors can marry.
• Garnish with slivered almonds.
• Serve over fresh fruit.
