2 frozen salmon fillets
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Put frozen salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes.
  • When the air fryer is done cooking, sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Divide butter into 2 pieces and put a piece of butter on top of each salmon fillet.
  • Set the air fryer to 400F for 3 minutes.
  • When the air fryer is done cooking, check the thickest part of the salmon to see if it's cooked enough to your liking. The exact cooking time depends on how thick is the salmon, and it's better to undercook and add more cooking time then to overcook and dry it out :) If it's not cooked enough, return it to the air fryer for an additional 3 minutes at 400F, then check again.
  • When the salmon is cooked through, remove it to a plate and serve.

4 fish fillets (tilapia was used, frozen)
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 lemon

Steps:

  • Spray air fryer basket with non stick spray and lay frozen fillets inside, do not overlap them.
  • Cut lemon in half, lightly squeeze some of one half on to fish and then sprinkle with seasonings. (if you are only doing 2 at a time then only add half of seasonings to top of first batch)
  • Slice other half of lemon and put a thin slice of fresh lemon on each fillet.
  • Close basket and set to 390 degrees for 12 minutes, then check. Timing will vary depending on how thick each piece is and how "done" you like your fish to be. Add 2 minutes at a time and check again if you want them to have more time.
  • Sprinkle diced fresh parsley on top and serve.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (from about 1/2 small lemon)
1 small clove garlic, grated or minced
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Cut salmon into desired filets (if not already cut).
  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper until combined.
  • Brush salmon with marinade on all sides (except skin side).
  • Place salmon skin side down directly on air fryer basket.

2 tsps paprika

  • Remove any bones from your salmon if necessary and let fish sit on the counter for an hour. Rub each fillet with olive oil and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
