- If using frozen fish fillets, defrost them. Drizzle with olive oil, and make sure that the fish is well coated with oil.
- In a shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs with paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Coat each fish fillet in bread crumbs, and transfer to your air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer at 390°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes. After the first 8-10 minutes, open the air fryer and flip the fish fillets on the other side then continue cooking.

- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Spray inside of basket with non stick spray.
- Pour half a bag of frozen french fries into your basket. Close and cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Open, shake basket, spray top of fries with olive oil spray, sprinkle salt and air fry for another 4 minutes.
- Open, shake basket again and put a flat trivet on top of fries. Put frozen fish sticks or fillets on top of that.
- Cook for 5 more minutes, then open and flip fish. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until as crispy as you'd like it to be.
- Serve.

There's several things which affect how the frozen fish sticks cook. They all vary in size, thickness, type and heaviness of the breading so you'll have to adjust timing. For best and even cooking, don't overcrowd the basket. Fill just an even single layer of fish fillets. All air fryers are different and some cook much hotter than others. Once you cook your first batch, you'll know more of what works for your model of air fryer and size of food. These were tested on basket style air fryers. Read more recipe notes below the recipe. Nutrition will vary from brand to brand and will depend on the type of coating.

Steps:
- Place the frozen breaded fish sticks in the air fryer basket. Make sure they aren't overlapping. No oil spray is needed.
- Air Fry at 400°F/205°C for 8 minutes. Flip the fish sticks over and then continue to cook at 400°F/205°C for another 2-4 minutes or until cooked through and the coating is crispy.

- Make the chips: Add the potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket with nonstick spray.
- Arrange the fries in the basket in a single layer, making sure they aren't touching, and cook until tender and golden brown, 12 minutes. Transfer the fries to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
- Meanwhile, make the fish: Place the cod on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and the paprika to a shallow bowl and whisk to combine. Beat the eggs in a separate shallow bowl. Add the panko to a third shallow bowl.
- Coat the cod in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip in the eggs, then the panko, making sure each piece is fully coated.
- After the fries are done, place a few pieces of cod in the air fryer at a time, making sure they are not touching, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, 10 minutes. Transfer the cod to a serving platter and season with salt. Repeat with the remaining cod.
- Serve the fish and chips with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.

- Pat the cod as dry as you can with a paper towel and season well with salt. Place the flour in a large, rimmed plate. Place the eggs into a large bowl, beating them well. Then, place the panko and all the rest of the fish ingredients onto a large rimmed plate and stir until mixed well.
