TWO-INGREDIENT AIR FRYER BAGELS
The base for these homemade bagels is a popular 2-ingredient pizza dough recipe. No yeast, no waiting for dough to rise, no boiling necessary. In and out of the air fryer in about 15 minutes. Optional toppings are everything bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or dried onion flakes.

Steps:
- Using a fork, mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a medium bowl until a crumbly dough forms. If mixture is too thick, add a little more yogurt or if too sticky, add a bit more flour.
- Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface, and knead until smooth, 5 to 7 minutes. Divide the dough evenly into 4 balls, rolling and stretching each into 3/4-inch thick ropes that are about 8- to 9-inches long. Connect both ends, pinching and sealing to form a bagel. Brush with egg white, and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
- Preheat an air fryer to 280 degrees F (137 degrees C). Line the fryer basket with a parchment liner or spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the bagels in the basket, and cook until golden brown, 15 to 16 minutes. Do not crowd the basket, and cook in two batches if your air fryer is small.
- Remove to a rack, and cool for about 15 minutes before slicing.

- Place Greek yoghurt in a mixing bowl and give it a stir. Add in 1 cup of flour and stir to combine. Gradually add in more flour until the dough starts to form into a ball.
- Tip the dough onto a well-floured surface and knead with your hands for a minute or two. If the dough is still too sticky, add some more flour and continue to knead. The dough is ready when it is able to hold its shape and is not sticking to your hands or the surface.
- Cut the dough into 6 even pieces, then roll out each piece into a long strip before combining the ends to make a circle. Brush the bagels with the egg wash, then sprinkle desired topping over the top.
- Place the bagels in an air fryer basket, leaving some space in between each bagel so it has some room to rise. If you have a smaller basket-style air fryer you'll need to cook in 2 batches. Cook on 180C / 350F for 7-10 minutes, until the bagels are golden and cooked through.

- Drain yogurt of excess liquid before you measure it out. Combine yogurt and flour until all the flour is mixed into the yogurt and dough forms a ball.
- Sprinkle a light layer of flour on a cutting board. Knead the dough for about 30 seconds. Cut the dough into 4 equal parts. If dough is sticky lightly flour your hands. Don’t add too much flour or the dough will become tough.
- Roll each dough piece into a ball. Lightly flour your finger, then poke it in the center of the dough ball to create a hole. Look at the step by step photos on the website. These photos are helpful.
- Gently stretch out the center hole to be about 1” wide opening and shape the the dough into a bagel shape.
