Ingredients

¼ cup apple cider vinegar
4 large strawberries, pureed (1/3 cup pureed)
1 ½ tablespoons honey, or to taste
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

Combine apple cider vinegar, strawberry puree, and honey in a mini blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a glass container and add poppy seeds. Let rest on counter for an hour for flavors to marinate, then store in fridge.

1.5 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 8 ounces)
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
0.5 teaspoon ground pepper
0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
0.25 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

Combine strawberries, vinegar, maple syrup, pepper, crushed red pepper and salt in a blender; process until smooth, about 30 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add oil and process until incorporated, about 20 seconds.

1 package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

Place the strawberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Add lemon juice and sugar; cover and process until blended. While processing, gradually add vinegar and oil in a steady stream; process until thickened. Stir in poppy seeds. Transfer to a large bowl or jar; cover and store in the refrigerator.
