2 cook and serve chocolate pudding (4oz)
3 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Cook on medium heat until it comes to a full boil.
  • Stir constantly.
  • Take off the heat and cool for five minutes.
  • Pour mixture into completely cooled crust and refrigerate for a few hours or until the pie is set.

This gooey and chocolaty pie tastes just like the campfire treat.

14 ounces milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
One 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
15 marshmallows

Steps:

  • Combine the chocolate chips and cream in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until completely smooth (the chocolate may appear separated at first, but just keep stirring). Pour into the prepared pie crust, loosely cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or up to overnight.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Use kitchen shears to cut each marshmallow in half, on a bias, from one corner to the opposite corner. Arrange the marshmallow halves, cut-side down, on top of the chilled pie. Broil until golden, watching closely and rotating the pan as needed, about 1 minute. Let the pie cool completely, then cover loosely with plastic wrap and return to the fridge until the ganache sets again, 1 to 2 hours.

1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c scalded milk, (i used fat free, its your choice)
1 graham cracker pie crust (i used reduced fat)

Steps:

  • 1. Put Chips and eggs in a blender, pour in scalded milk to cook eggs and blend.
  • 2. Pour chocolate mixture into the pie shell.
  • 3. Refridgerate till thickened/hardened then serve with whipped cream and/or top with white chocolate shavigs. ENJOY!

  • In bowl combine dark chocolate and milk. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes or until chocolate is melted. (Tip - Don't over heat the chocolate. It might seize up or get clumpy) Use a rubber spatula to mash and stir chocolate to make sure it’s smooth. Allow chocolate to cool about 10-15 minutes on the counter, but don’t put it in the fridge or else it will harden too fast.
  • Once chocolate isn't too warm but is still creamy, fold in the whipped topping. If needed, whisk the mixture to make it smooth and combined.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into the pie crust. Chill for at least 2 hours to let the chocolate set before serving.
