Here's what you need: boneless chicken breasts, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, spaghetti, marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesan cheese, italian bread crumbs, broccoli florets, olive oil, salt, pepper

6 boneless chicken breasts, skinless
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
½ lb spaghetti, cooked al dente
4 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup italian bread crumbs
4 cups broccoli florets
¼ cup olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
  • Sear in an oiled pan over high heat until the outside is brown and crisp, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Transfer chicken to a cutting board and dice.
  • Place spaghetti in a greased 9x13 (23x32 cm) glass baking dish. Spread 2 cups (510g) of marinara over spaghetti.
  • Layer on the chicken, remaining marinara, mozzarella, parmesan, and bread crumbs. Bake for 35 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine broccoli, oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet, and bake 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, visible fat removed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup low-sugar, low-fat pasta sauce
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
4 ounces whole wheat spaghetti (1 cup uncooked)
4 cups broccoli florets (8 ounces)
1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Set a medium-size nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with olive oil, and brown the chicken 2 minutes on each side. Season each cooked side with salt and pepper. Add the pasta sauce and let simmer for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover with a lid, and let sit 1 minute. Divide between 4 plates and serve with the pasta and broccoli.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook 5 minutes, add broccoli, and continue to cook 4 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.

1 (6 ounce) package louis rich grilled chicken breast strips
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Prepare pasta as directed on package in large saucepan, adding broccoli to pasta during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain.
  • Cook and stir garlic and chicken breast strips in butter on medium heat 1-2 minutes or until garlic is tender, but not brown and chicken is heated through.
  • Add pasta and broccoli; toss lightly.
  • Add parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
  • Serve hot.

1 egg
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
1 ¾ cups pasta sauce (such as Barilla Napoletana®)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Press chicken breasts with the palm of your hand to flatten to an even thickness.
  • Beat egg into a shallow bowl; place bread crumbs into a separate shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast into beaten egg and press into bread crumbs to coat.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat and fry coated chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Pour pasta sauce over chicken, cover, and bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Cover and simmer until cheeses melt, about 5 more minutes.

350g pasta bows (farfalle)
300g broccoli , cut into small florets
1 tbsp olive oil
3 large skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
2 garlic cloves , crushed
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
juice of 1 large or 2 small oranges
25g flaked almond , toasted

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Three minutes before the pasta is cooked, throw the broccoli into the pasta water and continue to boil.
  • While the pasta is cooking, gently heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Tip in the chicken and fry, stirring occasionally, until the chicken pieces are cooked and golden, about 8-10 minutes, adding the garlic for the last 2 minutes.
  • Mix the mustard with the orange juice in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken, and gently simmer for a minute or two. Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving 3 tablespoons of the pasta water. Toss the pasta and broccoli with the chicken, stir in the pasta water and the almonds, season well and serve.
