This is my dad's recipe. The entire family loves it! A flavorful spinach mixture fills a tasty bread bowl. Your family will love it, too.

- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.
- Remove top and interior of sourdough bread. Fill with mayonnaise mixture. Tear removed bread chunks into pieces for dipping.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Place spinach in a colander over a bowl; squeeze dry, reserving 1 cup spinach liquid., In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in flour until blended; gradually whisk in milk and reserved spinach liquid. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, seasonings and spinach; cook and stir until blended., Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. For those who don't want a strong cheese like Cheddar, you can replace it with anything you like or even leave it out altogether. I like adding the Cheddar because it adds color and a little more flavor.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until lightly browned, 4 to 7 minutes. Add spinach and simmer until spinach is hot, about 5 minutes. Drain any liquid from the mixture and transfer to a bowl.
- Pour milk into pot and return pot to medium heat. Melt cream cheese into the milk; cook and stir together about 3 minutes. Return spinach mixture to pot with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese; stir to combine. Season the mixture with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown on top, 20 to 25 minutes.

- Pat dough into 12x16-inch oval on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Indent dough, about 3 inches from one end of oval, for the mummy's head. Let rise in warm place 20 minutes or until doubled in volume.
- Heat oven to 375°F Brush dough with egg. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped lightly. Pull apart string cheese to make about 16 strips; arrange on bread for mummy's wrappings. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or just until cheese is melted; cool slightly. - Chop up your spinach leaves in a food processor or blender; put into bowl and set aside.
- Cut up cream cheese into small blocks and put in the food processor.
- Add the accent and minced onion; blend together until well combined.
- Add the mayonnaise and blend until smooth.
- Add the chopped up spinach and half and half to the cream cheese/mayo mixture and blend well.
- If it is too thick, you can add a little more half and half until you get it to the consistency you like.

- In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together really well (leaving 1/3 cup of cheddar for the top).
- Put in greased over ready dish (glass, china, anything but a pan or tin).
- Top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake for 15 minute at 375º.
- Make sure it's bubbling! Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with pita wedges, naan or tortilla chips!
