EASY CROCK POT PORK TENDERLOIN ROAST
This is the most delicious and easy crock pot meal. It's great to just throw the ingredients into the crock pot in the morning, then I just serve with rice or egg noodles and a veggie and salad and my family loves it. It's nice for my family as there are just the three of us so we get two meals out of it.

Steps:
- Put pork tenderloin in crock pot.
- Add the soup.
- Add the water.
- Add dash pepper.
- Put sliced onion on top of roast.
- Cook on high for approximately 5-6 hours or until tender.

- Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible.
- Sprinkle with pepper, cover and cook on low setting for 4-6 hours.
- Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

- Peel and chop the potaoes, onion, apples and carrot add to crock pot.
- Add the pork tenderloin.
- Sprinkle with sage or poultry seasoning.
- Pour in the apple juice.
- Cook for 5 hrs on high or 7-8 hrs on low.
- If using the oven cook at 350 untill the potatoes and carrots are tender and the meat is no longer pink.
