1 lb linguine
1/2 cup olive oil
1 head garlic, peeled and chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1 bunch parsley, chopped
2 -3 tomatoes
salt and pepper

Steps:

Heat oil and garlic simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Toss oil and garlic with pasta Put chopped parsley on top followed by cheese, tomatoes then pine nuts.
Can be blended or served layered warm or at room temperature.

Ingredients

3 cups water, iced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb small shrimp (peeled)
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
3/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup beer
vegetable oil

Steps:

Mix 3 cups ice water, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add the shrimp and set aside 15 minutes, then drain well and pat dry. In another bowl, toss the shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
Mix the flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar, the remaining Cajun seasoning and the beer in a bowl to make a smooth batter.
Add the shrimp and stir until evenly coated.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Working in batches, fry shrimp until golden, about 3 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels; season with salt.

1 ½ cups butter, softened
1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
1 ¼ cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the unprepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
