1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
1 ¼ cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the unprepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

6 cloves Garlic ((minced))
12 large Egg
1/2 cup Heavy cream
2 cups Cheddar cheese ((divided))
2 tbsp Fresh parsley ((chopped))
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
3 cup Broccoli ((optional - cut into florets if using))

Steps:

  • In a greased skillet over medium-high heat, cook the minced garlic for about one minute, until fragrant.
  • Add the breakfast sausage. Cook for about 10 minutes, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • If using broccoli (or other veggies), blanch them in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes, until crisp tender. Then plunge into an ice bath to stop cooking, drain and pat dry.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, half of the cheddar cheese, parsley, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Grease the bottom of a glass or ceramic 8x8 in (20x20 cm) or 9x9 in (23x23 cm) casserole dish (I use this one). Arrange the crumbled sausage evenly at the bottom of the casserole dish. (If you want to add any pre-cooked vegetables to your casserole, mix them with the sausage at this step.)
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the eggs are set and cheese is melted.

1 pound bag frozen tater tots
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 cup diced red onion
3 cups colby jack cheese, divided
6 pieces cooked bacon, chopped and divided
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 avocado, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 Tablespoons chopped chives

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.In a large bowl mix together, Bisquick, eggs, milk, 1 cup cheese, onions, 5 pieces of bacon, salt and pepper and pour into baking dish. Place in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, remove from oven and set aside.Pour frozen tater tots on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Pour cooked tater tots over the top of the baked casserole and top with remaining 2 cup of cheese.Cook for 10 more minutes until cheese has melted.In a small bowl mix diced avocado, red pepper, bacon, and chopped chives and place on top of casserole. Serve warm with ketchup (optional).

26 oz hashbrown cubes - thawed
1 lb bulk - hot or sweet italian sausage - or favorite breakfast meat
1 medium onion, chopped
3 clove chunky garlic paste or minced garlic
1 medium red pepper, chopped
6 jumbo eggs
1/2 c milk
1 tsp each - salt & pepper or to taste
2 1/2 c shredded cheese - i used colby

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Grease a 9 × 13 casserole dish. In a medium skillet, over medium heat cook sausage, breaking apart as it cooks. When almost cooked, add the onions, pepper and garlic, continue cooking and occasionally stirring until vegetables are tender. Drain well and cool.
  • 2. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a large bowl, toss together the potatoes, sausage mixture and 1 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour the eggs over potato mixture and stir to combine.
  • 3. Spread into prepared casserole and top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking another 15 - 20 minutes or until starting to brown and eggs are cooked.
  • 4. I leave it set up for a few minutes, then serve. Salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy, sure is yummy!

  • In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the egg alternately with the flour until well blended. I liked it so much that when I made it I embellished a little adding french fried onions and shredded cheddar cheese to it. 2 (10 ounce) cans canned white chicken meat packed in water (or 2 cups shredded or chunked leftover fried chicken)

1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 whole small onion, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
French-fried onions (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Boil noodles following package directions till tender, drain and set aside.
  • In a sauce pan, add soup, milk, butter, and heat until creamy, then remove from heat. Then add noodles, chicken, salt, pepper, diced onion, and sprinkle lightly with french fried onions and shredded cheddar cheese.
