This vinegar-based wicker's BBQ sauce works just as well as a mop as it does a table sauce. It's quick to combine and cook on the stove.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
Combine all ingredients and cook for 5 to 10 minutes to dissolve spices.
Remove sauce from heat and let cool completely before using (about 20 to 25 minutes). Use as a marinade and basting sauce with your favorite BBQ recipe.

1 1/4 cups cider vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

Combine all ingredients and cook for about ten minutes to dissolve spices.
Can be used as a marinade for beef briskets or shoulder clods or it can be used on the table as a"sloshing sauce" for chopped or pulled pork.
