Steps:
- Mix water, oil, honey and yeast.
- Add wheat gluton, garlic powder (optional) and two cups of the flour.
- If you are using a mixer like a Bosch, Dimension or a KitchenAid you add additional flour until the sides of the mixer come clean.
- Knead about 7 minutes in your mixer.
- If mixing by hand add one cup at a time until the right consistence and knead until smooth and elastic.
- If you choose you can let the dough rise but I just divide the dough and half and roll out one on my pizza stone.
- After you roll the dough out pierce the rolled out pizza dough with a fork.
- Bake the pizza crust 450 degrees for about five minutes.
- Add your toppings such as sauce and cheese or whatever you want on pizza and then put back into the oven at 450 for about 10 minutes.
- Repeat for the second crust.

Steps:
- Place water in a large bowl; sprinkle with yeast. Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. Brush another large bowl with oil.
- In bowl with yeast, whisk sugar, oil, and salt. Stir in flours with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms. Transfer to oiled bowl; brush top of dough with oil. Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm spot until dough has doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface. With floured hands, knead until smooth, about 15 seconds; divide into 2 balls.
- To freeze 1-pound balls: Set balls on a plate (they should not touch); freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Then freeze in a freezer bag up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
- To freeze individual shells: Divide each ball of dough into 4 pieces. Using your hands, stretch each piece into a 5-inch disk (if dough becomes too elastic to work with, let it rest a few minutes).
SUPER FAST AND EASY PIZZA DOUGH/ CRUST
A recipe from Fleischmann's. Always good. You can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat flour for one cup of the white flour. You can add in some parmesan cheese if you'd like. Or, you can replace 1/2 cup of cornmeal for 1/2 cup of the flour. Have fun experimenting.

- Stir the olive oil and salt into the yeast mixture, then mix in 2 cups of the whole wheat flour until dough starts to come together. Tip dough out onto a floured surface, and knead until all of the flour has been absorbed, and the ball of dough becomes smooth, about 10 minutes. Parbake for 5 minutes Remove from the oven and add toppings.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a rack in the upper third of the oven.
- Whisk water, oil, honey and yeast in a liquid measuring cup or small bowl. Allow yeast to proof for 5 minutes. It should puff up some by then.
- Pulse flour, Parmesan, and salt in food processor until combined. While running the food processor, slowly pour in the water mixture and process until a shaggy ball forms, about 1 minute.
- Dump the dough onto a floured work surface and quickly knead dough a few times until it comes together. Halve the dough.
- On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll dough into two rounds about 11 inches in diameter. For best results, roll the dough out about as thin as reasonably possible. Aim for even thickness rather than a perfectly round shape.
- Carefully lift and transfer one of the rounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the outer 1-inch of the dough with a light coating of olive oil. Add half of the pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes (crush the tomatoes over the sink to get out as much liquid as possible). Sprinkle with half of the cheese and any other toppings you'd like to add.
- Bake on the top rack until the crust and cheese are lightly golden, about 10 minutes for cheese pizza and 12 minutes for pizza with additional toppings. Repeat with the remaining dough, then slice and serve. Leftover pizza will keep well in the refrigerator for about 4 days.

Steps:
- In the bowl of a standing mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine water yeast and honey. Let sit until foamy (about 5-10 minutes). Or in a large mixing bowl (if you will mix/knead by hand).
- Once it is foamy add olive oil, flours and sea salt use the dough hook to knead and mix the ingredients together until a smooth and slightly tacky ball forms. Or mix by hand until a ball forms, then turn it onto a floured surface and knead by hand.
- If the dough is too sticky, add up to 2 TBS more all-purpose flour (1 TBS at a time), until it reaches the proper consistency.
- Form the dough into a ball.
- Lightly grease a large bowl and place the dough into the bowl. Cover with a damp tea towel and let rise until doubled in size (about 60 minutes).
- Towards the end of the rise, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and place a pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
- After it has risen, punch the dough down and form it into a disc.
- Roll the dough out to the shape and size you want (we make a 14" round pizza). If transferring it to a pizza stone, roll it out on a piece of parchment paper. If baking it on a pizza pan, put the rolled-out dough onto the pan.
- Top with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is lightly golden-brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut, serve and enjoy.

EATING WELL'S WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH
Using half whole wheat and half all purpose flour yields a light crust with a distinctive nutty taste. Quick rising yeast shortens the rising time to just 10 minutes, making wholesome homemade pizza a possibility for busy weeknights. A food processor makes fast work of mixing the dough, but you can also use a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or a little elbow grease to do it by hand. Whichever method you choose, add enough liquid to the dry ingredients to make a soft dough. If kneading by hand, knead for about 10 minutes. The dough will keep, in a plastic bag coated with cooking spray, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

- In a medium bowl, combine the honey and water and then sprinkle the yeast evenly over the top. Add the yogurt, flour, salt, and oil, and stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until the flour is completely incorporated. The dough should be soft and somewhat sticky but still hold its shape.
- Uncover the dough, sprinkle it lightly with additional flour, and knead it in the bowl until it becomes resilient and springs back, about 1 minute, dusting with additional flour as needed to prevent it from sticking to your hands. The dough should be able to hold a round shape, but the surface won’t be completely smooth.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes. (Depending on how warm the ambient temperature is, the dough may rise only slightly or not at all. Don’t worry, the yeast will do its work in the oven. Pizza is, after all, a flatbread.)
