1 cup crushed shortbread cookies
5 teaspoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
3 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottoms and up the sides of two greased 4-in. fluted tart pans with removable bottoms. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack., Place cream in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 15-20 seconds or until cream comes to a boil. Add white chocolate; whisk until smooth. Cool, stirring occasionally, to room temperature., Pour filling into crusts; arrange strawberries over top. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Drizzle over tarts. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

1-1/2 cups sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups water
STRAWBERRY FILLING:
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
GLAZE:
3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottoms of 2 greased 9-in. round baking pans with parchment; grease paper., In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Cool. Transfer to a large bowl; beat in sugar until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition., Transfer batter to prepared pans. Bake 28-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks; remove paper. 2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup white baking chips, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

FILLING:
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
FROSTING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup white baking chips, melted and cooled
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Fresh raspberries, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line two greased 9-in. round baking pans with waxed paper; grease paper and set aside., In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in melted chips and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition. Transfer to prepared pans., Bake 26-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely; gently peel off waxed paper., In a small saucepan, bring raspberries and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Press raspberries through a sieve; discard seeds. Cool., In same pan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in raspberry puree until smooth. 3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

2 (7 ounce) packages ladyfingers
16 ounces frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps:

  • Whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together.
  • In seperate bowl, whip all-purpose cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Arrange Lady Fingers around sides and bottom of springform pan, standing Lady Fingers lengthwise around sides of pan.
  • Pour 1/2 of filling into pan, then a layer of Lady Fingers.
  • Top with remaining filling.
  • Topping:.
  • Strain berries and set aside, reserving juice.
  • In saucepan, bring cornstarch and juice to a gentl boil; spread sauce on top of cake.
  • Spread strawberries on top.

2 tablespoons milk
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crust (large)
2 cups strawberries, sliced
Cool Whip, for topping (optional)

Steps:

  • In microwave, melt four squares of the white chocolate with milk. Cool to room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, whip the cream until peaks form. In a small bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in orange zest and melted white chocolate.
  • Fold in whipped cream and spread into the crust.
  • Arrange strawberries over the top (substitute other fresh fruit or shaved chocolate for strawberries).

2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
One 1.2-ounce bag freeze-dried strawberries
One 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chocolate shell topping (for ice cream)
7 chocolate-covered strawberries drizzled with white chocolate
16 strawberries, hulled and sliced in half

Steps:

  • For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together the chocolate wafer cookies and sugar in a large bowl. Pour in the melted butter and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into an 11-inch tart pan. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • For the filling: Combine the cream, milk and freeze-dried strawberries in a medium pot. Bring to a simmer, remove from the heat and add the white chocolate chips and vanilla. 2 teaspoons butter

6 ounces white chocolate, melted
1 (3 1/3 ounce) box white chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 cup water
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 quart strawberry

Steps:

  • Dip 6 strawberries in the white chocolate to use as garnish on top of pie.
  • Smear melted white chocolate in the bottom and sides of the pie crust until an even coat is applied.
  • Slice strawberries and put an even layer on the melted chocolate in the crust, on the bottom and the sides.
  • Mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add dry pudding mix and 1/2 cup water in the mixture, mixing until smooth.

1/3 cup Chambord (black raspberry-flavored liqueur) or crème de cassis (black currant-flavored liqueur)
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
2 (12-ounce) packages frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed, drained, juices reserved
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces good-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Baker's finely chopped
2 cups chilled whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2-pint basket raspberries

Steps:

  • For crust:
  • Finely grind cookie pieces in processor. Add butter; blend until crumbs are moist. Press mixture onto bottom and halfway up sides of 9-inch-diameter springform pan with 2 3/4-inch-high sides. Freeze while preparing mousse.
  • For mousse:
  • Place liqueur in heavy medium saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over liqueur; let stand until gelatin softens, about 20 minutes.
  • Press raspberries firmly through sieve into large measuring cup. Add enough reserved juices to puree in cup to measure 1 2/3 cups berry mixture. Add berry mixture and 1/2 cup sugar to gelatin mixture. Stir over medium-low heat just until sugar and gelatin dissolve, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate; stir until melted. Transfer raspberry mixture to large bowl. Chill until thick but not set, stirring often, about 2 hours.

White Chocolate Strawberry Torte image

A decadent dessert that looks like it is hard to make but is fairly quick and easy to get together. The time doesn't include chilling time of at least 3 hours, so make sure to allow for that time. This would be a wonderful dessert for Valentines Day, Easter or Mothers Day when strawberries are fresh and in season!!! Recipe from Country Woman.

1 cup vanilla wafer, crushed (about 30 wafers)
1/2 cup almonds, toasted and finely chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
12 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
3 cups strawberries, whole, medium (fresh, not frozen)
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon baking cocoa
additional strawberry, halved (about 10 but depends on size)

Steps:

  • Set aside 2 tablespoons wafer crumbs.
  • Combine almonds, butter and remaining crumbs; press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-in. springform pan.
  • Spoon 5 tablespoons of melted white chocolate over crust; sprinkle with reserved wafer crumbs.
  • Arrange whole strawberries, tips up, over crumbs.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, juice concentrate and vanilla.
  • Beat in remaining white chocolate.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
  • Stir 2 cups into the creamed cheese mixture; mix well.
  • Fold in remaining whipped cream.
  • Spread between and over strawberries.
  • Cover and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Carefully run a knife around sides of pan to loosen. Remove sides.
  • Arrange four 1-1/2-in.-wide strips of waxed paper over top; sprinkle cocoa between strips.
  • Remove waxed paper.
  • Place halved strawberries between cocoa rows.

Whisk egg yolk and 1 tablespoon ice water in small bowl to blend; add to processor and process until moist clumps form, adding more ice water by teaspoonfuls if dough is dry. Gather dough into ball; flatten into disk. Roll out dough on floured surface to 13-inch round. Transfer dough to 9-inch-diameter tart pan with removable bottom. Trim overhang to 1/2 inch. Fold overhang in and press onto sides, forming double-thick sides. Pierce crust all over with fork. Freeze crust 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line crust with foil; fill with dried beans or pie weights. Bake until crust sides are light brown, about 25 minutes. Remove foil and beans; bake until crust is cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes longer. Cool crust completely in pan on rack.
  • Combine white chocolate and 1/4 cup whipping cream in large metal bowl. Set bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow bottom of bowl to touch water) and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove bowl from over water; cool chocolate mixture until lukewarm, about 15 minutes.
  • Beat remaining 1 cup whipping cream and vanilla in large bowl until peaks form. Using clean dry beaters, beat egg whites with cream of tartar in medium bowl until stiff but not dry. Fold whites into chocolate mixture, then fold in whipped cream. Transfer mixture to cooled crust; smooth top. Chill overnight.
