This is a little different from the other White Castle recipes on here. These are great -- I can eat a whole tray myself (Well almost)!

1 (12 ounce) can hereford corned beef
0.5 (2 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
8 ounces sour cream
dill pickle slices
3 (12 ounce) packages Pepperidge Farm dinner rolls (Party Roll size)

Steps:

Mix corned beef, onion soup mix and sour cream together.
Spread in buns. Put back in tray they came in and wrap in foil.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Place 1 slice of pickle in each.

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 box dry onion soup mix (you will use both packages of soup mix)
2 tubes (12 oz. each) crescent rolls
8-10 slices American cheese
Mustard, to taste
Dill pickles, chopped, to taste
Additional condiments, if desired

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 9x13-in. baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. In a skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef with both packages of dry onion soup mix. Drain meat into a colander; using paper towels or a clean dish towel, press down on the beef and squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible. Unroll one tube of crescent rolls into the prepared baking dish. Flatten slightly to seal the seams and cover the bottom as necessary. Top with ground beef. Add cheese slices. Top with pickles and drizzle with mustard. Unroll the other tube of crescent rolls over the top, sealing seams and covering the contents in the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted. To serve, cut into squares and serve with additional condiments if desired.

Found this recipe on the web. Honestly, I've never had a White Castle slider but the photos looked so amazing I just had to keep this recipe and share it. They can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.....see 'note'.

Ingredients

1/2 cup dried onion flakes
2 lbs ground chuck- 80/20 ground beef
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
6 slices cheddar cheese
24 martin's potato bread party rolls
24 dill pickle slices

Steps:

Evenly spread the onions on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Gently press the ground beef on top of the onion flakes.
Press evenly making one giant patty.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
Using a paper towel, pat the excess grease from the top of the patty.
Top with cheddar cheese, return to oven for 2 more minutes.
Remove from oven, let set 5 minutes then cut into 24 patties.
Slice open and separate each party roll.
Place bottom of rolls on a large platter.
Using a spatula lift patty with onion layer onto each bun bottom.
Top each slider with a pickle slice then the bun lid.
Serve immediately.
Makes 24 sliders.
Note- To make ahead -- store upside-down in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This will prevent the bottom bun from getting soggy from the onion layer. To reheat, place a few on a microwave safe plate and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds then 5 second increments after that until warm through.
