I found this in an old English Hot Drinks cookbook. It is said to be great for restoring the nerves after a hectic day. This is a non traditional posset as it doesn't contain alcohol.

1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon honey
sprinkling cinnamon

Steps:

  • Heat milk in a pan to near boiling point.
  • Remove from heat & stir in other ingredients.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
