Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- On a baking sheet or ovensafe serving platter, bake the Brie wheels until warm to the touch and slightly oozy, 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the walnuts, maple syrup, vinegar and bacon. Top each warmed Brie bite with a spoonful of the maple syrup mixture. Garnish with scallions. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 and place rack in center position
- Use a knife to cut the rind off the top of cheese, discard. Place brie in oven safe baking dish, set aside.
- Chop cranberries, place them in a small microwave safe bowl, add orange juice and stir well. Place in the microwave for 50 seconds, this softens them up. Pour berries over Brie and top with chopped walnuts
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is soft and warm. Remove from oven, place on a pretty dish and serve with crackers.
BROWN SUGAR WALNUT BAKED BRIE

- Cut top rind off of brie; discard.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir.
- Spoon brown sugar mixture over brie; place in shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with bread, apple slices, or crackers.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Place brie in center, and fold pastry around it, sealing seams. Transfer to baking sheet, seam side up. Brush pastry with egg glaze. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Bake brie until pastry is golden, 18-25 minutes. Combine butter, honey, and garlic in small saucepan over low heat. Stir until butter melts. Place sauce on a plate. Sprinkle sauce with walnuts and parsley. Place pastry wrapped brie atop sauce on plate and serve with assorted crackers.

- Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. To make the candied walnuts, shake the walnut halves in 2 tbsp water, then toss in the sugar. Scatter over a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 6-8 mins until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Carefully peel the rind off the brie and discard. Put the gooey inside in a medium-sized bowl. Using a spoon or small whisk, whip the brie until pale and spoonable. To make the dressing, whisk the oil and vinegar together, then season.
- In a large bowl, combine the walnuts, dates and rocket, then mix with some of the dressing. Place a spoonful of whipped brie in the middle of each serving plate and arrange the salad around it. Scatter over the croutons, drizzle with a little extra dressing and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread the chopped walnuts in an 8 inch square baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until roasted, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the coffee liqueur, brown sugar, and vanilla; set aside.
- Reduce oven to 325F.
- Remove the top rind off the Brie.
- Place the Brie in a shallow baking dish.
