Vodka Slushies Food

WATERMELON VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• In a food processor, puree the watermelon flesh. Pour the pureed watermelon into empty ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours. Also, freeze 4 martini glasses.
• In a blender combine the frozen watermelon cubes, simple syrup, lemon juice, vodka, and melon liqueur; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 frozen martini glasses and garnish each with a lemon twist.

VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• In a 6 quart pot combine sugar and 7 cups water. Bring to boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in tea powder while hot. Add orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and 2 cups cold water. Chill in refrigerator.
• When cold mix in vodka. Pour into a plastic container leaving room on top for expansion. Freeze or 24 hours.
• To serve, scoop about 1 cup into a tall glass and quickly stir in 1/3 cup lemon-lime soda.

VODKA SLUSHY RECIPE

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until combined. Divide slushy between four glasses and garnish (if desired) with an orange slice. Serve and enjoy!Note: If you want things on the thicker side, use 1/2 cup of cold water. Add more if you want things looser or thinner.

VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• Mix together, then freeze.
• When ready to use, fill collins glass half full with slush then add 7-up to fill.
• Garnish with a orange slice and cherry.

VODKA LIME SLUSH

Steps:

• Mix concentrates, vodka and sugar with 9 cups of water in freezer container.
• Freeze until slushy.
• Stir soda into each serving.

VODKA-LEMON SLUSH

Steps:

• In a large plastic container combine all ingredients (except sodas) and mix well.
• Cover& freeze overnight.
• To serve, scrape a large spoon across the top of the frozen mixture and place 1/2 cup of slush into a 8-oz glass.

TROPICAL VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• In a very large plastic pitcher, mix cream of coconut, lemonade concentrate, pineapple juice, and vodka. Chill overnight in freezer, or until slushy.
• To serve, place 2 scoops into a glass, and then fill glass with soda. Serve with long handled spoons.

FRUIT VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• Simmer sugar and water for 3 minutes; cool.
• Blend 1-1/2 c of the pineapple juice, lemonade, orange juice & mashed bananas.
• Add the sugar mixture, then the remaining 1-1/2 c pineapple juice & 1-1/2 c vodka.
• Freeze in 9x13 covered pan. Scoop into glasses & pour 7-Up or Ginger Ale over to serve.

ADULT SLUSHIES

Steps:

• Mix vodka, brandy, orange and lemon juice concentrate, cherries and grapefruit soda together in a large plastic mixing bowl. Cover the mixture with a tight fitting lid. Freeze the mixture for one or two days.
• When you are ready to serve the drink, use an ice cream scoop and place one or two scoops of the mixture into glasses. Fill the rest of the glass with lemon/lime flavored soda pop. Stir and serve.
