BLUE LAGOON

Steps:

• Put the ice cubes in a large jug. Pour over the curaçao, vodka, fruit juices and 1 tsp syrup from the cherries. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.
• Half-fill four hurricane glasses with crushed ice, then strain in the cocktail.
• Top up the glasses with the soda water and gently stir, then garnish with the maraschino cherries.

BLUE LAGOON COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Combine 6 ounces each coconut rum and blue curacao, 3 ounces lemon juice and 2 tablespoons superfine sugar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into 6 short glasses filled with ice. Garnish each with a maraschino cherry, pineapple wedge, orange slice and a drink umbrella.

Steps:

• Place all but pineapple slices and whipped cream in blender and blend until smooth and creamy Add more or less ice depending on the consistency you prefer.
• Pour into a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream and pineapple slice.

BLUE LAGOON

Steps:

• In a long-stemmed glass filled with ice cubes, stir together vodka, curacao, and lemonade.

THE BEST BLUE LAGOON MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour the blue curacao and alcohol free vodka (if using) into your glass.
• Slowly top up with lemonade.
• Stir gently, add ice, garnish and serve.
• Place blue spirulina in your glass, then add the lemonade. Stir gently. You might find the drinks foams up a bit as the 2 ingredients react with each other. If this happens just scoop the foam out.
• Add your alcohol free spirit (if using) and stir.
• Add ice, garnish and serve.

VIRGIN BLUE LAGOON MOCKTAIL RECIPE

Steps:

• Add all ingredient except for the soda water in a cocktail shaker.
• Fill your glass up with ice and pour drink over top.
• Top drink with soda water and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
