SHRIMP PIZZA
A wonderful shrimp and mozzarella pizza that is a little bit healthier than most, but still just as yummy!! You can add a little garlic to the shrimp and onion mixture, or a little garlic powder to the white sauce.

Steps:
- For white sauce,in a small nonstick saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour,mustard,cayenne and salt until smooth;gradually add milk. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat; set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet coated with non stick cooking spray,cook onion over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add shrimp;cook and stir 2-3 minutes longer. Drain.
- Place crust on a pizza pan or bakng sheet;spread with white sauce. Top with shrimp mixture and cheese. Bake at 425 for 8-12 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and cheese is melted.

EASY EXTREMELY GARLIC SHRIMP
Steps:
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir minced garlic until lightly browned. Add shrimp; season with garlic salt and garlic powder. Pour lemon juice over shrimp. Continue to cook and stir until shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, 5 to 10 minutes.

THE BEST GARLIC SHRIMP IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD
Yes, almost the same as my other recipe but 100% better! A little change went a long way. It is the best, I promise! I have NEVER in my life had better shrimp. My whole family was in heaven. OK, enough tooting my own horn!

Steps:
- In a large Ziplock freezer bag, mix everything except the butter and swish it around good to coat all of the shrimp. Or, mix everything in a large bowl and cover TIGHTLY with Saran wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat large heavy bottom pan with the butter in it on medium. Toss shrimp around for about 10 minutes until pink and lightly browned.
- TIPS: Do not substitute with garlic powder OR dried parsley! Sea salt is stronger than table salt so use less than normal. Table salt can be substituted.
- Serve with steak or pasta with a white sauce.
- I KNOW THIS IS VERY SIMILAR TO MY OTHER SHRIMP RECIPE, BUT I MADE IT THIS WAY TONIGHT AND IT WAS SO UNBELIEVABLE THAT I HAD TO POST IT! EVEN BETTER THAN MY OTHER SHRIMP RECIPE!

GARLIC SHRIMP

Steps:
- Toss the shrimp with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add 1/2 cup of the garlic, stir in the olive oil and mix well.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and add the shrimp, melted butter and the remaining garlic. Cook until done, making sure not to overcook the shrimp, 3 to 4 minutes. Just before the shrimp finish cooking, add the Shaoxing wine.
- Squeeze some fresh lemon over the shrimp and serve.

For serious garlic pizza lovers only, this is one of the most amazing pizzas I have ver come across. A bottle of Chianto Ruffino wine is a must with this awesome pizza!

Steps:
- Set oven to 375 degrees.
- Leaving the heads whole, peel off as much of the papery skin as possible.
- Place the whole garlic heads in an oven-proof dish, large enough to hold them in a single layer.
- Pour the 1/2 cup water in the dish, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover tightly with foil; bake in in a preheated oven (375 degrees) for 45-60 minutes, or until the garlic is easily pierced with a knife tip.
- Remove from the oven; let sit until cool enough to handle.
- Squeeze out the garlic cloves from there skin into a small bowl; mash into a paste (you have just made roasted garlic!).
- Raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, fontina, Parmesan cheese and pesto until smooth.
- Place the boboli crusts on 2 large baking sheets.
- Spread a thin layer of the garlic paste (to taste), over the prepared crusts.
- Spread an even amount of the ricotta mixture over the garlic paste (to within 1-inch of edges).
- Sprinkle both pizzas evenly with the sun-dried tomatoes, canned diced tomatoes, zucchini, shrimp and mozza cheese.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges, and serve-- DELICIOUS!
- ***NOTE***fresh plum tomatoes (sliced paper thin) may be used instead of canned, also of you are using canned tomatoes, make sure to drain very well.

- Preheat pizza stone in oven at 450°F Brush olive oil over crust and spread with prepared pizza sauce. Sprinkle on basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, pepper and garlic.

- Combine 3 cheeses and sprinkle evenly over pizza.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
