1 (12 ounce) box cornbread stuffing mix
1 (6 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
6 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
6 ounces evaporated milk
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

Steps:

  • Prepare stuffing according to box and set aside.
  • Combine soup, cheese and milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
  • Layer in 9x13 casserole dish chicken first then pour cheese over that and cover the top with the stuffing.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

1 (6 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk, 5 oz
8 ounces Velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • Cook chicken breast until tender.
  • Cut into bite size pieces.
  • Prepare Stove Top according to directions on box.
  • In a separate pan, mix soup, milk, and melted cheese.
  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 350 in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

I have 5 sons- all grown up now :) This has been one of their favorite recipes since they were young and still requested today. They loved coming in from chores or football practice and finding this waiting in the oven. Makes a quick dish for after the holidays, using leftover turkey and stuffing.

- 1 chicken ( or appprox. same amount of leftover turkey) cooked and cut-up
- 1 box stove top stuffing mix- prepared according to directions
- 1 can cr. of mushroom or chicken
- 1/2 can of milk
- 1 pound of velveeta

Steps:

  • Boil or bake a small fryer, de-bone and cut up. (Sometimes I cook it in a crock pot) Or use leftover holiday turkey. Either one works great.
  • Heat together- soup, milk and velveeta until cheese is melted. Be careful not to heat to quickly or on a high heat. While this mixture is heating, make the stuffing. Set aside.
  • Once your cheese mixture is melted. Remove from heat. Layer chicken or turkey in bottom of baking dish. Cover with soup/cheese mixture. Top with stuffing. You may add some shredded cheese over the top if you like. Bake @ 350 for approx. 40 minutes or until heated through.

I decided to refer to my cookbook collection to find a tasty meal last night and this was the ticket. Richard prepared it and was tickled ppink with how well it turned out. We made 4 large breasts so we used some more oil than called for and cooked them slowly so they wouldn't burn etc. This came from my Favorite brand Name Best-Loved Recipies cookbook. This tasted like rice a roni with moist chicken... yummy!

1 tablespoon oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups MINUTE White Rice (uncooked)
8 ounces Velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • heat oil in a large skillet on med hi heat..
  • add chicken cover.
  • cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through
  • Remove chicken from skillet.
  • add soup and water to skillet
  • stir and bring to a boil.
  • stir in rice and 1 c of velveeta.
  • top with chicken.
  • sprinkle with remaining velveeta
  • cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes.

2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 ½ cups chicken broth
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (1 pound) package processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cubed
1 (12 ounce) package spaghetti
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, condensed soup, chicken broth, bell pepper, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Add Velveeta® to the Dutch oven and stir until melted. Add drained spaghetti and olives. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

I had this dip a couple of years ago, and it's yummy. I couldn't find a recipe for it anywhere that didn't call for cream cheese and shredded chedder. This recipe saves that step, and therefor is a little easier to make. This can also be made in a crock pot and kept hot for continuous use during your party. Can also be halved easily. When I had it, it had way more than the 1 tblsp of hot sauce in it than this recipe calls for, so you can add the hot sauce to taste.

1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
6 -10 ounces cooked chicken breasts, chopped
1 tablespoon Frank's red hot sauce (to taste)

1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Mix Velveeta, hot pepper sauce and chicken in large microwaveable bowl.
  • Microwave on high 5 minutes, or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. (Microwaves vary, so check frequently).
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.
  • Note: This can also be made in the crock pot. Also, you can eliminate the 'strings' on celery sticks by lightly peeling the celery with a vegetable peeler.

3 -4 boneless chicken breasts
spaghetti noodles, size depending on how many to feed (I use two of the small packages)
1 medium green pepper
1 large onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 -2 lb Velveeta cheese (1 lb. if you would like less cheese)
shredded cheese (optional) or Ritz cracker (optional)

Steps:

  • Boil chicken until thoroughly cooked.
  • Place chicken aside and use broth to cook noodles.
  • Place cooked noodles in rectangular greased pan.
  • Shred chicken on top of the noodles.
  • Chop onions and bell pepper and saute in butter.
  • Layer onions and pepper on top of noodles and chicken.
  • Pour evaporated milk into pan.
  • Chop chunks of Velveeta into milk.
  • CONSTANTLY stir Velveeta in milk until it is a cheese sauce- IT WILL SCORCH!
  • Pour cheese mixture on top of noodles, chicken, onions, and pepper.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
  • If you choose, you can top with Ritz crackers, more cheese, or your favorite topping and then cook for 5 more minutes.
