1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans diced tomatoes & green chilies

Steps:

Variation #1:
Cube Velveeta into microwave-safe bowl and pour diced tomatoes & green chilies over. Microwave on high for 3 - 4 minutes and stir. Repeat until creamy and smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
Variation #2:
Cube Velveeta into a microwave-safe bowl pour diced tomatoes & green chilies over. Microwave on high for 3 - 4 minutes and stir. Repeat until creamy and smooth. Meanwhile, cook ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning according to package directions. When done, drain and add to Velveeta mixture. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.

1 lb ground beef

Steps:

Brown ground beef and drain grease.
Melt cheese in crockpot on low for about 3 hours. (Make sure to shred cheese or it will take a long time to melt.)
Add salsa and beef to crockpot.
Serve with tortilla chips.
