1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Pumpkin Purée ((112g))
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
6 Ice Cubes
Vegan Whipped Cream
Pumpkin Pie Spice

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender jug.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass or glasses and top with vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (optional).

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 packets stevia-erythritol sweetener (such as Truvia®), or to taste
5 cubes ice

Steps:

  • Combine pumpkin puree, almond milk, water, pumpkin syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until well combined, 5 to 10 seconds. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
