- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini in a jar with a lid. Close and shake vigorously until combined. Press garlic into the dressing using a garlic press. Season with salt and shake well.

Steps:
- Add all of the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together, starting with ⅓ cup water and adding more until you reach your desired consistency.
- Alternatively you can skip mincing the garlic and add all of the ingredients to your high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Adding more water as needed. A hand blender also works great.
- This Lemon Tahini Dressing will keep up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
