Ingredients

1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes (brewer's yeast)
1 cup water
1 -2 tablespoon vegan margarine
1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (omit for pasta sauce)
cayenne pepper
paprika
tortilla chips or macaroni noodles

Steps:

sift together dry ingredients in medium saucepan.
whisk in water over medium heat until bubbly.
stir in margarine and tomatoes.
continue to cook until well heated.
serve over chips for nachos, or over noodles for mac and cheese.

Blend for several minutes until creamy and smooth. (Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for several months.)
