Yield Makes 2 cups dip or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 16 crackers and 1/4 cup vegetables each.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix first 4 ingredients.
- Spoon into shallow baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers and vegetable dippers.

- Heat the remaining 1 tsp of oil in a small pan over medium heat and cook the onion until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add it into the blender.
