4 C watermelon, cubed
1/2 C blueberries
1/2 C red grapes, halved
1/2 C strawberries, 1/4" sliced
2 kiwi's, peeled and 1/4" sliced

Steps:

  • Place watermelon in blender; blend until liquid and smooth.
  • Using popcycle form, loosley fill 3/4 the way with fruit pieces.
  • Fill with watermelon juice to the fill line, insert popcycle stick, place on flat surface in freezer.
  • Freeze until solid appox 2-3 hours.
  • Enjoy!

1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
1 cup whole milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 to 1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Cinnamon sticks, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the blueberries, peaches and milk; cover and process on high. Add the yogurt, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg; cover and blend until smooth. , Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with cinnamon sticks if desired. Serve immediately.

1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
5 large ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 cups water
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup diet lemon-lime soda

Steps:

  • In a blender, place half of the pineapple, oranges, bananas and strawberries; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Repeat. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
