- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar; let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon oil, nuts, basil and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5-6 minutes. Place in a greased bowl; turn once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. , Punch dough down; let rest for 5 minutes. Divide dough in half; press each portion into a greased 12-in. pizza pan., In a large skillet, cook the turkey, onion, peppers, mushrooms and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix, pepper and remaining salt. , Brush remaining oil over dough. Top with turkey mixture, olives and cheeses. Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Cover and bake at 400° for 20 minutes., Meanwhile, for sauce, in a food processor, combine the basil, oil, Parmesan cheese and garlic; cover and process until smooth, scraping sides often. - In bread machine pan, place the first six ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). , When cycle is complete, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. - Gather ingredients and heat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray 14-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
- Unroll pizza crust; use hands to gently pull it to fit pan. Bake about 8 minutes or until lightly browned; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery and carrots; cook about 5 minutes or until softened.
- Remove vegetables from skillet; set aside. Add remaining butter to skillet; stir in flour. Add chicken broth and milk a little at a time, while constantly stirring until all is incorporated and mixture is smooth and thick. Add 1/2 cup of the cheese, the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir about 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
- Add cooked vegetables and frozen peas to cheese sauce; stir until combined.
- Spoon sauce over partially baked crust. Top with sliced turkey breast and remaining cheese.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Serve immediately.

- Position 1 rack in top third of oven and 1 rack in bottom third of oven; preheat to 425°F. Unroll pizza dough and place on heavy large baking sheet. Press or stretch to 13x9-inch rectangle. - Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas 7/fan oven 200C. Tip the flour, salt and yeast into a bowl and mix well. Add the warm water and mix to a soft dough. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 2-3 minutes, then roll out to a 30cm/12in round. Brush a large baking sheet with a thin slick of oil, then add the pizza base. Cover with a clean tea towel.
