- Timing: Eating every 3 hours is essential to maintaining stable blood sugar levels. This, in turn, prevents energy crashes, lack of concentration, fatigue, food cravings and overeating.
- Protein: Eating protein at each meal and snack will help stabilize blood sugars, especially if you are a diabetic. It will also help make your carbohydrate energy last longer.
