- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place beans, 1 cup of the cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and ground red pepper in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth. Stir in green onions.
- Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 20 min. or until lightly golden brown. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and tomato. Serve with crackers.

- Remove white papery skin from garlic head. Do not peel or separate the cloves.
- Wrap head in foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes; cool for 10 minutes.
- Separate cloves. Squeeze to extract garlic pulp. Discard skins.
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add tomatoes.
- Cover and removed from heat.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Drain tomatoes in a colander over a bowl, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
- Place garlic pulp, tomatoes, 1/4 cup reserved liquid, oil, and remaining ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.

Found on the inside of a philadelphia cream cheese box and just had to try it. I was hesitant at first but was glad I did. This dip is wonderful and the zesty italian dressing gives it a wonderful kick.
