- Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain. Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops with salad dressing; sprinkle with bread crumbs. , Bake at 400° for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce.

Baked not fried, these toasted cheese ravioli are the perfect game day snack or appetizer. You won't be able to stop snacking on them!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add ravioli and cook for three minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In one large shallow bowl, beat eggs. In another large shallow bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, traditional bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Dip each ravioli into egg and let excess drip off before dipping it in the bread crumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet and repeat until all ravioli have been breaded.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

CHEESE RAVIOLI WITH PUMPKIN SAGE SAUCE
Creamy homemade alfredo sauce, fresh cheese ravioli and a luscious pumpkin-sage sauce combine for this quick and easy meal! Great served with a crisp green salad and a crusty baguette, -or- may be served as a starter. Notes: This dish from the Mantua region of Northern Italy is traditionally eaten on Christmas Eve. You can add a bit of fruit chutney, and sub pistachios for the pine nuts. Enjoy!

- Prepare ravioli according to package directions. Drain the ravioli and set aside, keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet saute the green onions in the wine and butter over medium heat until the onions are softened and the butter is melted and begins to foam.
- Stir in the pumpkin and heat through.
- Remove from heat and blend in the cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and the sage leaves, stirring well to combine.
- TO SERVE:.
- Spoon the warm sauce over the ravioli. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, snipped parsley and toasted pine nuts.

Steps:
- Cut each cheese slice into 4 pieces; place in 4 stacks of 4 cheese pieces each.
- Spoon 1 tsp. pizza sauce onto center of each of 4 bread slices; top each with 1 cheese stack.
- Brush cheese-topped bread slices with water, being careful to not brush water onto cheese.
- Cover with remaining bread slices. Press edges of sandwiches together with fork to seal.
- Mix Parmesan and oil until blended; brush evenly onto outsides of sandwiches.
- Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with remaining pizza sauce.
